Excerpt 1]-"Problem 2

2. Locking fresh high school graduates into six-eight year contracts, especially during double war-time.

The biggest problem most young recruits fail to grasp about multi-year military contracts is that there is no real escape outside insanity or debilitating injury, which is exactly why so many soldiers are turning to suicide.  Those stuck in four, six, or eight year contracts preparing for their third or more deployment need to be offered a humane way out.  Not too many can handle war.  Fewer still can handle back-to-back wars.   Something has to change NOW because every suicide is one too many.

Solution: If the government would limit the average contract of seventeen-nineteen year olds from two to four years respectively, I guarantee the suicide rate will immediately decline.
